just came out of toilet... smelling of shit!!

i was having a WAR inside the toilet mins ago.

Wake early today for sch as i am taking part in the 10km run which is held this morning.

Had a cup of milk before seting off to sch. everyone gather in by 730 and after some talking from mr lim, we started the race...

overall everything was great 1st time running for long distance without stopping somemore the feeling for shitting keep distracting me.

i spent 42min+ to reach the finishing line happy with the result although losing to gilson by abit.(btw the distance is around 8 to 9 km only)

the shitting smell is killing me...
